Return Policy
Bibles Canada online guarantees the quality of all its products. If you receive a damaged or defective product you may return it within 30 days.

To return an item please contact our customer service center by email custserv@biblesociety.ca or by phone 1-800-465-2425, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

When returning the item(s) to our Customer Service Centre, please indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, the reasons for the return.

Bibles Canada online is not responsible for any damage to the item(s) you are returning that may occur during shipment. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.

Bibles Canada online will not refund return shipping charges unless an error was made in order processing or shipping.

Prices
All prices and charges are in Canadian dollars.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Charges
We charge $2.95 for the first item, 95 cents for each additional item.

Foreign Orders
We are unable to ship orders to customers outside of Canada. Please contact the Bible Society in your own country.
